Newer cars now have a slew of electronic safety features - backup cameras, collision warnings, automatic emergency braking, and the list goes on.
While these safety features are helpful, they do NOT replace a driver’s own eyes. You should not rely on these features to inform you of all hazards on the road. You still need to be alert, scanning around you, aware of what’s happening.
